I know what you guys are saying. I have purchased several of these programs and have been through the mill with most of them. They claim many things as a selling point however fail to meet up to them.
I have also found that Satellite Direct is one of the top, as well as Stream Direct. Out of them all these would be my top two choices.
I think that when it comes to a service such as video through an internet connection another aspect effecting quality is the person's internet. I have too often times heard people say; "but I have DSL." However, they fail to check with their internet provider to see just what DSL package they have. I personally have 5mb/s connection, which isn't FIOS but it is much faster than the low-side of DSL, normally 1 to 3mb/s. HD Video is a huge file to stream. It's not YouTube or Netflix quality.
