Yes Wildblue rocked the first 2 months I had it,but I to thought that KA
Band would bite them.You can spit on the dish and loose modem lock.
But I think when they made people agree to a contract the writing was on
the wall,money was more important than customer service.I would say that
the contracts are why they are still alive.
