I guess, (just picked this up on uploading), that this
means your box may not have the information to allow
it to send your dish to the correct position for each
satellite.
If you have USALS onboard, look for the menu that allows
you to set in your latitude and longitude.
You get your latitude and longitude from somewhere like
http://www.multimap.com
by putting in something like your postcode...
After you have entered your latitude and longitude you will
then be able to tell the box the position of the satellites
you want - such as 13E for Hotbird, 28.2/28.5E for Astra etc.
To get these positions, (such as 13E etc), use
http://www.lyngsat.com
-they're all there in the Europe section
