I have Direct TV and get the local channels free. I've heardDish charges an extra $5 a month for them. The additional "boxes" cost around $5 a month each.So you would pay an additional $25 to have coveragein each room.Sometimes there are specials where youcan get up to 4 rooms for one price. Mine is thru Verizon so I pay one bill for the phone, internet and Direct TV. My service is reliable and very seldom have a problem with reception. The customer service and Tech Supportfor Direct TV is great.
