Hi..
They send everything via email now. Maybe you want to check on that.They suck, though. You get bad reception and they blame weather. Even if we have sunshine! You pay but don't get TV and they raise the prices all the time. My basic program went from 42 bucks a month to 55 in less than two years! That's quite a hike...I am looking into getting everything from one provider (phone, internet, cable).movie
