Is there a "sometime" dish deal"?

We have rural property with a double wide Mobile Home setup on it taht we use maybe 30/40 days per year.

The area no access to cable and the OTA tv reception is lousy since the HD switch. (Hoo-Boy the FCC did us a favor there!)

Is there a way to get a Satellite Dish set up (like the RVer's use?) that we can buy outright and use and not be paying for while we're not there to use?
