Direct TV in Two Homes

A local satellite company came to install Dish Network at our weekend home this past Sat. However, due to trees he couldn't install a system. He recommended that we go with Direct TV at our main home and get enough receivers to use at our weekend home. He said he would come back to install the dish at our weekend home during his off time. He said that this was entirely legal to use Direct TV at two locations, but they didn't advertise it. It doesn't sound ethical. Can anyone give me insight to what the law says or what the service agreement with Direct TV allows? Thanks.

Hi, from what my installer told me it was perfectly legal because you own the equipment. What he told me to do was just bring the dish and one of your active recievers with you to other loc and plug in aim and enjoy. I just got 5lnb hd direct tv dish so i have a 3lnb dish in cellar which i will use this summer. Ken
