About Direct TV, is DirecTV Inserting their Own Ads?

I See There as Being a Problem, they Are Making the Decision On What to Advertise, Who's Responsible for Scams and Cons Being Advertised?I'm Sorry, Apparently I wasn't Clear Enough, I Wished to Find Out What Others Thought, Where does the Ultimate Responsibility Lie, for Purveying a Lie?

If you are asking if Direct TV inserts their commercials in Cable Network programming the answer is YES.Each basic cable TV network makes at least one minute per half hour of programming available to cable systems or satellite companies, like Direct TV, to insert commercials on that network. It is part of the contract with Direct TV or cable company to carry that network. These are called "local avails"The network sends out a special tone (cue signal) on a separate audio channel during the programming when it is time to put on a local commercial. Automated equipment in the headend senses the tone and switches the programming to a local commercial.. In the past it started a VCR but now it starts a DVR playback device or computer playback device. These local avails can be sold to an advertiser or used by the cable/satellite company for program promotion. Most cable/satellite companies have an entire department dedicated to selling and managing the local avails as they make lots of money by selling them.
