How Can I Get Local Channels With DirecTV?
Local channels with DirecTV are not available in my market and I don't have high definition. What is my best way to go about getting local channels? I tried a set of old rabbit ears, but to no avail. I'm just trying to get ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

OUTSIDE ANTENNA!!!!!!!!!
YOU CAN GET THEN THAT ATTACH TO THE DISH AND USE THE SAME LINES TO THE RECIEVER. A SENSOR IS THE EASIEST, OR A TERK CLIP ON. IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE GETTING ONE LET ME KNOW. dishrodger@yahoo.com

You need to buy an outdoor antenna with a signal booster.

You'll need some sort of antenna. How large will depend on the local signal strength of the nearest stations. I get locals with my DirecTv. There are two LNB's on my dish. Good Luck! ;-)=

I thinik you are not getting better signat strenghth in market to watch local television channels into direct yout televsion so i will prefer you try to get some other higher range capacity signal strenghth like orange signal booster so you can easily see local channels too in your television at market.
