ok well my friend is having a problem with her directv,all of the channels are working except fuse,which is channel 339. is there anything she can do like reset it to get it to work again?

I have direct tv and love it. Tell your friend to call them they are there 24 hrs a day to help her with her problem. I had a problem with mine a week ago I called them and they sent a signal to mine and within seconds of me talking to them it was working. Good Luck

i would call the support team they are always really helpful

can try a receiver reset. Unplug the receiver from the electic outlet for 20 min. Plug it back in, it may come back up.
