You sign up for it just like anybody else. The only difference is that you have to aim your dish every time you move it. They shouldn't care where your dish is as long as you pay for the service.

if you already have the receiver and dish, just call direct tv to activate.. if not check on ebay( no commitment), or contact DTV sales and you will have a 1-2 year commitment.
