Does there exist a software patch to fix the inability to use the dual

buffers on the Directv R15 Receiver? Unlike Tivo the Directv R15 receive does not allow you to switch from one tuner to the other without losing the place on the other tuner --- called dual tuners or dual buffers. Directv said a software patch would eventually add that feature. Has anyone gotten that patch or heard when it is coming?
