i want directv very badly, most of my friends have it, i've seen how clear the channels are, i know how the remote works, and, im only 13, soooo, how do i convinve my dad to get it. ive told him about it in like, december of 05 and since then all hes said is "we'll see...""we'll check it out" yet, we NEVER get to it! so, please, help me convince him

Tell him there's like 12 espn channels if he's into sports. I have direct TV to, and it's not that expensive either, there are plans to fit anyone’s budget.

i have directv and it is awesome just tell your dad about the sports channels or the movie channels or something he is mire interested in that always workshope it works out

I had Direct tv for a while..... But if you point out all the bad things about the cable that u have now and all the good things about Direct tv then that might be a way to make him change his mind!
