I'm guessing CA is california in the U.S. of A as opposed to canada or cambodia or any other country with ca as an abbreviation of their title. Firstly dude there is no world cup rugby sevens only a world series recently won by New Zealand (the greatest rugby nation in the world) . In the rest of the civilised world sevens rugby is televised live on all sorts of pay channels; Sky in N.Z. BSkyB in the U.K. Fox sports in Australia and so on. Unfortunately in the U.S. Rugby being such a minor sport and sevens rugby, an offshoot of that and so necessarily more minor, it means no live coverage...sorry. However there is a deal going down to get the rugby world cup live on fox in the U.S. I do have my doubts though. You can get some live rugby on Setanta sports North america. You can also get international games live on the net (for a subscription charge of course) check that out! Have fun looking, I hope this helps spread the mighty gospel of rugby in the land of stars and stripes!
