Directv install help

I would like to install the directv dish with a single receiver. I have a used oval dish with the three LNB's and need to install it only to hook up to one receiver. Do I need a switcher or can I hook the cable directly up to the receiver from the dish. By the way, if this is possible, what cable or LNB do I need to connect to the receiver. I do not need HD, but only the basic programming and local channels. Any help or a point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

No switch is needed just use anyone of the ports coming out of the LNB use RG6 cable with all external connections weather proof and the receiver should give you the directions on pointing the reflector in the setup menu
