yes, obviously it is slightly hard while doing self installation. Refer dispointer, satbeams and lyngsat for easy aligning. If you find difficult with self Installation, please go with Professional Installation and it is free on both these networks.

I used to do my dishnet myself. but dishnet receivers are a little easier to use. because you go to set up screen and It tells you which sat you are pointing at. and if I'm not mistaken DTV still using 110 and 119 for standard def. service, I don't know which Sat they use for HD. but I know it is not the same.. so try aiming to 110 and 119, good luck..
