We are currently a DISH subscriber, and are somewhat satisfied with the service. We have emailed them several times about when we first signed up, it was thru a dealer handling DISH. We were guaranteed 3 rooms installation, and free receiver. We did get the free receiver, but only one room installation! I feel you must really be concerned about the dealers these companies have. Since then, we contact DISH directly, and they send someone out, which has worked well. We still only have one room we can view in, seems like everyone passes the buck back and forth on this one.
