Quite often with a new model change, the new codes may not be out yet. Contact both your TV dealer and Dish dealer and see if they have an up-grade yet.

I think you may be trying to program a code that is not listed. you can do a random search as follows:
turn the unit on that you are trying to program. Press and hold the device (ex TV) till all the buttons light up. The buttom should be flashing. Press the power key (it will then stay light). Use the channel up key, till the unit shuts off. then press the # key. verify it now contols the device. Some codes will only work some fuctions. If this happens repeat the steps above till they work.
