Can I get my old local channels on Dish Network when I move?

I live at location "A" and I am moving to location "B". At location "A" I get all my network local channels with dish network. However location "B" dish network dosent offer any local channels. Could I move to location "B" and "forget" to tell dish network that I did move and still get location "A's" local channels? (my friend's still live at location "A" so they will get the bill and I will pay it from my new town) Also is this not legal? I dont want to go to jail for local channels.

How far away from Location B is Location A?If you're far enough away from A, your dish won't be able to receive Location A local channel signals anyway, so for that reason you won't get local channels of Location A. If B happen to be nearby A and your billing Zip stays in A, you should be able to see the spot beam that carries Location A local channels and you keep your Location A local channels. At least technically. Can't comment on the legality, though.
