I need to know becuase we change psswrd every week and i forgot it, it says code invalid. Do i have to have guy come to fix it?

Probably....I wouldn't set it to factory defaults... then it won't be programmed for your tv.If you must, click menu, then #6 System Setup, then #6 Factory Defaults.Follow instructions from there.Again, I do not advise you to do this.

I Agree With Mary. It Will Reset All To The Factory Default, Fav Chsnnels, Caller Id, Codes, Etc.

cant do anything without the password try calling dish network and maybe they can tell you over the phone or email you the password
