How do you change dish network password?

Ok say I forgot my dish network password. What information do I need when I call them to reset my password?

name, address, phone #.social security number. all info you gave them when you order it. It will take about 72 hours to clear the password.

as long as you are the acct holder, they will gladly help you 24 hrs a day.
