how can Dish Network steal from the elderly and put them on the street?

63 year old woman living in assisted living is being charged for an account her son had with dish network and they took $313.14 that wont allow her to pay her assisted living fee and is being evicted and thrown to the streets, are they allowed to do this is my question..she is on SS and they take her whole check and she gets $54.00 a month but the check is deposited in her account and she gives them a check for the ammount of assisted living cost and she don't have the funds available and her account is over drafted because of the dish network taking the money out of her account

if her son had it and it was in his name.....he is responsible. BUT they cant just take her money, if she would of called they would of set up a payment plan. my parents have had dish network for 8 years or so. and you know what they have been happy, if you cant pay the bill they shut it off you pay it gets turned back on. but they cant take what you don't give them BTW her assisted living fee is going to be much more then $313! try close to $10,000+ a month depending where you are and the care you need.
