Dish Network to 5 rooms?

I have 5 dish network receivers at home. The multi-switch that dish network provides has only 4 outputs for 4 rooms. I tried using a splitter to send signal to the 5th room, but that doesn't work. What is the best way to get the satellite IN signals to the 5th receiver in the house?

I understand what you are trying to do here but I believe it only works with cable. Unfortunately, you'll have to go through Dish and get another switch. Also, if you pick up a DVR receiver with Dual mode capabilty, you will only need 4 receivers for the 5 rooms as that receiver can channel signals to two rooms.

Send a message via Yahoo to dishrodger
you need to add another switch. A splitter will not work.
See your local retailor or tech. The switch you need will depend on which dish you have and what receivers you have.
dishrodger@yahoo.com. e me if you have any questions. Been a tech for 10 years.
