So my parents go Dish Network for 2 TV's(Dual) and the problem is that both TVs Program themselves with channels mostly the problem is TV2 because it programs a channel that will change every 30 minutes, it changes channels, and just right now i was putting the number of a channel i wanted to go to and it added a 2 in front of it... please help

Call the Dish network help phone number. I don't know if they are open 24 hours.

shows like someone living near you has a dual tuner with dish and is on the same frequency for the #2 remote.
to correct this, you need both remotes in the room with the receiver.
press menu, the 6(system set up). then 1 (installation). then 3 (system info).

On the #2 remote press and hold down the white sat button (all the lights will come on)
chose a number between 1-15 9 (Do not reccomend 1)Ex press 9.
then prss the # key.
press record twice.
you should see the remote address change for remote 2.
cancel out & your done.
