I recently moved in Denver,CO and made a deal with Dish Network. When there technician visted for dish installation he asked for the furnance room keys so that he could ground the dish. But my apartment management refused to provide access to the furnance room. I am now in dilemna what to do, he suggested there are many contractors you could find on Yellow Pages and those guys could do the installation. Please tell me what to do?

Contact Dish Network directly and discuss the problem with them. We tried to deal with a local dealer first, and had a terrible experience. When I called them directly, their phone number is on their web site, they sent another contractor. Call in the daytime, so that you get an english speaking technician if you don't understand a foreign language, which I don't.
