Hit the "Dish" button on your remote, then select "yes" to load Dish interactive. When it finishes loading, access "news" by either cursoring down or entering "2".Next, select "5" for TWC Weather. After your receiver finishes loading your region's default instant weather, scroll right until you reach "new city."Use your directional arrows to highlight the zip code box, then enter your local zip code with the numeric pad. Make sure to cursor down so you can check the "save as favorite" box. Finally, move your cursor up to the "go" box, then hit "select."If there's a NOAA forecast for your specific zip code, it should now be saved as part of your Dish preferences. If there's no local NOAA forecast available, try again using the zip code of the next largest city near you.

If you go to channel 100 I believe you can click on the news section and get local weather forecasts...if not near a city near you
