We just got dish and a lot off the shows i watch are on Fox,

the question is which Fox. There are a few.
I will assume you are talking about your local fox channel.
If you got locals with your dish, it is the same channel as off air. If not you need an off air antenna.

press the review button and keep pressing it till you get all sub channels. Then skip around on there it should show up. It'll give you the number of the channel and a program menu.You can press menu button and go to faverites and program on a personal channel search your favorite channels.Then all you have to do is push program till it comes to your personal list.
