press menue.
press 6
press 1
press 1.
go to test or check switch (depends on your receiver)
press select.
this will run the test.
when done cnacel out till you are back to tv, will aquire signal first, then load guide.

Press the menu button on the remote control. Then 6-1-1. The rest is self explanatory
