Trying to decide between Dish Networks 100 plan plus HD or the 200 plan...

...without HD and use an HD antenna.? I would rather have the HD and the 100 channels but my wife wants some of the channels in the 200 plan but doesn't want to pay for that and HD. Is it hard to install your own HD antenna along with Dish Network and is the reception good? I live in downtown Indianapolis so I would assume there would be a strong signal.

Its not hard to get over the air HD. You can get an amplified antenna for inside your house for about 30bucks. You'll probably get 6-10 local digital channels that have some of thier broadcasting in HD. Some of them may be available on Dish Network. I get 2 local digital weather channels 2 local digital pbs channels with 5 subchannels and all major networks in digital and the HD programing is usually during primetime.
