I have been with Direct TV for a few months now. I rate them a 1.3 overall.In our first few months we were not recieving a signal and they had us reformat our hard drive. We lost anything that did record.Over the next few months we reformatted 3 times got a new reciever and already have had to send it back.Now we are on our third one and when we were trying to get a tivo model that Direct Tv rep promised and a brand new machine not refurbished...we found out that it was a lie. They dont have a Tivo model and every machine is refurbished. So I'm sorry if one of you guys out there gets my machines because they do NOT work.On top of all this we have not had any tv for the past 2 weeks and they wont prorate it even though I was promised this and given a "Code" to use on the next billing....it does not exists.PLUS I never recieved my free gift, a portable dvd player. This is breech of contract that I signed for.I'm going with Dish Network.
