Okay, so stupid me bought an HD Dish Network VIP722k receiver off of craigslist, guy said he bought it outright yet when I went to set it up it turns out he was leasing it. I live over an hour from the guy so I just want to be able to use the dang thing... How can I make it work for me? is there a way to unregister it? I have one that I lease from them and have an account with them but we have two HD tv's now and each receiver only supports one HD (thus the craigslist purchase). Anything that I can do? Also, I want to use it in our kitchen but the cable coming out of the wall still thinks it's tv 2 (SD) how can I make it so it's its own tv 1? I sure hope this makes sense, reading it back it sounds confusing. Please help!!!!
