I am in Canada with all the hardware required for Dish.

If you are willing to subscribe to Dish, since a US address and credit card are required, you may keep all the hardware they send you, and I will pay you in advance for the basic subscription monthly (including taxes), plus any specialty package only I want, via either a prepaid credit card or Paypal account of your choice. Any additional channels only you or I want to subscribe to will be our own responsibility, if we agree to upgrade to a better package I will pay the basic charge plus half of the upgrade.
