The 9200 & 9220 come with a 20" Dish, which is the standard one and
also included are the second LNBF and an SW44. If you purchase at a
Retail Store and they dont give you all that, then they are ripping
you off.

Bell have almost no more NEW 9200's in the country and almost no
chance of getting any more. The supplies of Refurbished units is
getting very low as well, if you want one, get it now.

Re: What dish comes with expressvu 9200/9920 system

I purchased one through expressvu online and when the installer showed up he
said the SW44 is an additonal 150 cnd and I told him it is suppose to be
included and he said I would have to fight with bell about that and I will!

Also the 9200 box had a remanufactured sticker on it I am not very happy
about that at all! Will discuss that with them too.

Not too pleased so far.

The installer is 100% wrong. The SW44 is included. A $150 charge
would only be applied if a second SW44 is required to upgrade all your
existing receivers, this money is fully refunded as a programming
credit under the "Free Upgrade Promotion of June 2006". This
promotion has been extended and currently has no end date. I can find
Ex Vu's ,pdf if you like.......

If you are Renting the 9200, you will get a refurb, there are almost
no new receivers in the country. If you purchased you need to shout
at them, and shout NOW. I think the chances of getting a NEW 9200 is
very slim indeed.

Let me know what area you are in and I will supply you a direct
number, bypassing all the BS.

I also emailed you directly but dont know if that is a real email address or
not.

yes if you could send/link me the PDF that would be great.

I am in London Ontario and I purchased the 9200 over xmas on there 50% promo
and just had it installed last week. The box said remnaufactured on it but
the unit was still sealed and had the clear stickers over the front of the
unit. there is no scratches or anything on it. Did bell do some upgrades to
the units and maybe thats why they are labeled remanufactured?

I will call them ASAP

thanks again

I will dig out the pdf tomorrow. Sorry for the Delay.

You were ripped off, if you purchased a 9200 you ARE entitled to a new
unit.
Call and complain NOW they should ship you out a NEW receiver or they
more realistically they should send the installation Company back to
[ut the correct unit in.

On your Work order there should be a Technicians #, I believe your
should start with U02***, call and tell them he installed a
Refurbished unit.

I will forward a cantact at ex Vu in the Escalations Dept, the manager
actually, complain directly to him if you get no joy from your phone
call.
