The attenuator is only needed if the second TV is very close to the
9200, less than 30 feet or so.

As for setting up your second TV, you need to choose the channel that
TV2 is using. Menu, 6, 1, 5, then choose a channel for output, I use
60, then go to your second TV and tune it into Ch 60.

If your second TV can scan for signals, then just do that.
