Viewsat help

Just got a Platinum Lite.

My setup 3100, 20" dish, 2 dual LNBs and a SW44 switch.

Tried to plug direct, non powered coax, no signal on 91 bird. Had a
green S bar but no yello Q bar.

Then connected 3100 through the Loop IF, now I have a yello Q bar. Did
a channel scan and found all (?most) channels incl music. Now when I
go to a channel i.e. National Geographic, I get "autoroll processing"
and just hangs there. I've also noted that the reciever shows Nimiq 2
for NGeo when I know that it's on Nimiq 1.

The IRD was flashed with the latest Platinum file from BBF,
DBPSW-070202P.zip.

Should I wire it differently? With the powered coax (to power SW44?
Should I reflash IRD?

I've also noticed in the Antenna setup that there are various settings
for the LNB, should any of these be modified? I did try Standard LNB
along with setting the last row to SW44 dish1 and SW44 dish2..
