Favorite Channel?

So whats everyone's favorite channel? It can be any channel, standard, p-p-v, or local.

Use to be TechTV, but it went south IMHO.
I watch a lot of Food Network, Discovery, Learning etc.

I've always been into the ones that teach you something.

I love food network, but it always makes me hungry.

I like when they have the dueling chefs, the competition adds excitement to the cooking.

I love food network, I used to be a Rachel Ray fanatic, those 30 minutes meals are so easy and yummy.

My family loves to watch discovery channel, history channel, national geographic and we try to stay current with many of the news channels, Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, etc.

My husband and I like to watch True Blood on HBO. I know it doesn't have the best acting, sets etc. but we are hooked.

HBO, Military Channel especially. Really the military channel should probably be called "The World War II Channel" which is really why I love it. Curiously I haven't seen "THE PACIFIC" on HBO. Didn't have it back then. I guess I'll have to see it when it gets on Blu-Ray.

I'm a new junkie so I hit the news networks too.

Oh, and Showtime will be my ABSOLUTE favorite come September 26th as season 5 of Dexter starts then: Dexter on Showtime HD from Dish Network | Dish Television High Definition Store.

I also love Comedy central for "TOSH.0" that is an awesome show: Tosh.0 Blog | Home of the Web Redemption, Video Breakdown, other viral videos and puke!.
