Best satellite TV provider?

Anyone use satellite TV over cable at home? We have Comcast and they're the worst. Looking to switch to satellite, but not sure of which company to go with. Anyone have any recommendations?I know this isn't the right fourm, but this seems to be where the action is and I'd like to get answers sooner than later.

Send a message via Yahoo to dishrodger
Both Dish & DTV beat cable. Much better picture & sound. Not the rate increases.
If you want the "sunday ticket" then get DTV.
Otherwise Dish is the way to go. More HD. A few dollars cheaper. More channels available.

I would also say that both Dish and DirecTV beat Comcrap. However the best Satellite TV provider for you is really going to depend on what you watch. If your really into sports and watch a lot of Football and what not they DirecTV is a must. If your not that into sports, but want more family oriented programming I would probably go with Dish Network because its going to be a bit cheaper.

Well right now I have Dishnetwork cause I had a bad experience with DTV. After having both I would have to root for Dish for now but to be honest I wish another and better company would come along. I'm getting so frustrated cause a simple upgrade is being made a pain in the but .

DISH Network and DirecTV

DISH Network has the better DVR and is cheaper. DirecTV has better programming. We sell both DISH Network and DirecTV in San Bernardino California.

Many of the satellite TV services providers will offer free installation if you purchase the subscription to the services. This means that you will only incur the cost of the equipments and the subsequent monthly payments. There are a number of benefits that come with the satellite TVs. There is great deal of flexibility which means you can watch your favorite TV programs even when you are away from home.
