Is there anyway???????

Here's my set-up. DishNetwork with HD/DVR receiver putting out 1080 HD to main TV, second TV receives HD channels but in 420 resolution. Is there anyway I can increase the second TV signal input from 420 to 1080 resolution without purchasing a second receiver? Thanks
