We have a Bylaw in our complex that prohibits standard satellite dishes on balconies.

Does anyone know of satellite dishes disguised as pieces of furniture, or a non-attention-drawing cover that I can put over the dish so that only we know that it is a dish?

Best thing to do is buy a tripod and mount your dish to the tripod and keep it inside the house pointed out the window. It works, and is highly mobile.
