Right way to handle polarization?

I'm looking to build a dish setup (probably 1.2m motorized), and I'd like to be able to handle receiving all four kinds of polarized signal. I'm planning to use a Norsat 1000XH LNB, and according to the rep it's got horizontal and vertical polarization (not sure if there's some way to switch between them or what though...)

At any rate, I wanted to make sure I'd still be able to receive circularly polarized stuff (even with a 3dB loss). If I have the two polarizations I can switch between them and at most I'd get a 3dB loss (if I was 45' out of sync) right? I'm just trying to figure out if I can receive everything I want and if I need to mess with a motorized skew or not.
