Captive Works CW-600S is one of the best boxes for the money and is very user friendly. I have one that I'm selling because I'm already using one and that's all I have coax for. It's new and has never been hooked up. I'd take $85 plus actual shipping.
Another excellent box is the Viewsat Ultra Lite. I know a guy that sells those (and others) and he ranks those high on his list. He sells those for $105.

Dish TV is a very good choice but its always better to do some reseach work first
