Connection problem

Satellite receiver, DVR, TV using audio/video cable. To receive a picture I must also use an Rf modulator and a coax. The antenna is still the single LNB.
Even after all that the DVR does not play thru the TV, but there is a picture and sound. Any help will be appreciated. Will be gone until late mafternoon.
