Those 4 cards and a dollar thirty eight will buy you a cup of coffee.
Got one of those PCI cards sitting on a shelf myself.

I know of nothing in North America (and likely the whole planet) that
will talk to them, since they use the now-defunct DSS standard as opposed
to DVB-S.

The last DirecPC DSS based sat service (on G3C?) went off-line
for good in December of 2005.

OTOH they make neat wall decorations. Maybe some of the RF parts behind
the metal shield could be used to build a radar detector.

But if you're intent on getting rid of them, check with your local
landfill/dump on how to dispose of PC boards. These older boards are
loaded with toxic chemicals that you wouldn't want leaching into your
water supply.
