No matter how hard you try & describe what it does, there's still lots of people that don,t understand it.n the top row, you'll see ID. That is your Slingbox ID. If it doesn't display fully, click it. You'll see the full number towards the bottom of the box, where you can also select it in the event you need to.

If you hear any sort of clicking that means that hard drive is starting to go. if i were you i would take it back and get a new one. if you cant get a new one then get a new 1TB hard drive, they are pretty cheap now days.
